We've created a 4-session self-study program that is currently available for purchase. Here's how it works:

Participants receive four 60-minute podcasts (streaming content also available) that reveal ABT mindset management practices that shift the way you respond--in the privacy of your own thoughts, in every conversation, interaction and circumstance--to ignite possibilities and to minimize problems.

Session 1: Increase The Power Of What You Think, Say And Do

ABT gives you insights into how to link your actions to your most deeply held values, beliefs and mission in life. Session 4: Discover The Secrets To Creating Future Results--RIGHT NOW!

ABT provides you with a step-by-step process for creating the future you want in the present moment. Asset-Based Thinking practices show you how to live in the present and the future simultaneously. Asset-Based Thinking Essentials

In this dynamic half-day workshop, participants will solidify their understanding of the theory behind ABT and how ABT applies to business. They will experience ABT in action and obtain tools that are immediately accessible in order to bring ABT to life. They will also have an opportunity to practice ABT responses in a wide variety of archetypal business and personal situations. ABT Essentials is the quick and efficient way for all employees and managers, at all levels, to learn the ABT principles and practices that will help your organization move to its next level of effectiveness.

Asset-Based Thinking Leadership Forum

Leaders from a wide range of organizations, including for-profit, non-profit and educational institutions, will participate in an intensive group learning called The Asset-Based Leadership Forum.

Leaders discover their unique combination of assets for enrolling others and moving their agendas forward. We call this a leader's signature presence. Going forward, leaders can better use themselves as instruments for positive change. In this program, they hone their skills in making formal presentations, facilitating meetings, and engaging in challenging one-on-one interactions using the tools of Asset-Based Thinking.

The Asset-Based Thinking Leadership Forum meets for one full-day session followed by one half-day session. Each person participates in intensive group learning experiences facilitated by an ABT certified coach.

Individual 360 Feedback Assessment

In this process, a TCI consultant interviews the individual's stakeholders and synthesizes the findings in an in-depth report that includes anonymous verbatim comments presented in such a way as to preserve authority. It is an enlightening, insightful profile of asset categories that the individual may or may not currently recognize. It also includes an account of one or more developmental opportunities, or the ifference that could make the difference This report is intended to illuminate how the leader is currently adding value to his/her stakeholder groups, and is used as a collaborative tool for creating a relevant and concrete development plan. This is frequently the precursor to an ABT Executive Coaching process.

ABT Executive Coaching provides leaders with real-time feedback that allows them to see their assets and aspirations clearly. Consequently, executives are able to leverage their talents and newly acquired skills more strategically when it comes to developing and enrolling others, shifting the organizational culture and advancing the goals of teams and the entire organization.

The hallmark feature of ABT Coaching is our five-to-one approach.
